Use of content

Edition 2026-09

Player photos and names, statistics, game reports and line-ups, standings and other IceOn materials are available to registered users for personal viewing on IceOn only.

By signing up, users agree not to copy, publish or pass these materials to third parties outside the platform — including social networks, messengers, other websites and automated data collection.

Competition data comes only from official public sources and organisers. This gives no right to redistribute it — the obligation applies to every user.

What your account stores

  • Email and name — for signing in and for your profile.
  • Consents — which edition of the rules you accepted and when. You can see and revoke them under “Consents”.
  • What you publish yourself: profile, announcements, requests, club data in Club OS.
  • Your date of birth is only used to pick the sign-up step and is not stored.

Moderation and checks

Announcements, status verification and parent–child links are reviewed by IceOn administrators. If a request is declined, you will see the reason.

Terms of use and privacy

The full terms of use and privacy policy are being prepared. They will be published on this page with an edition date, and accepted versions will be listed under “Consents”.
