Club OS
Club OS help
Step by step: set up a club, build a team, plan practices and manage fees.
Getting started
Create a club or join one
Club OS works inside a club. Create a club first — you become its owner — or join an existing one with an invitation code.
First steps after creating a club
Five steps and the club is fully running on IceOn. The “First steps” list on the club overview ticks them off by itself.
Team
Create a team
Roster, calendar, attendance and fees are organised by team. A club can have as many teams as it needs.
Roster: players, goalies and coaches
The roster is who is in the team and in which role. Event replies, attendance and invoices all depend on it.
Invite players and parents
A team invitation link: people sign up with it and land in the roster straight away.
Every day
Schedule a practice or a game
Everyone in the team sees the event and replies going / not going. You can create a weekly series in one go.
Replies and attendance
Before the event you see who is coming; afterwards the coach marks who was there. Reports are built from these marks.
Practice plan
Attach a plan made of blocks to a practice: warm-up, drills, game. The team sees it in the event.
Team messages
Each team has its own channel. New messages appear instantly, without reloading.
Running the club
Staff: coaches and managers
Staff run the calendar, roster, attendance and fees. What they can do depends on their role.
Documents
Club documents (rules, schedules) are visible to all members. Players’ personal documents — medical certificates, consents — can have an expiry date.
Fees and invoices
The club issues an invoice and the player and their parents see it in their account. Payment happens outside IceOn; the club marks it as paid.
Reports
What the club did over a period: events, ice hours, attendance by team.
The club’s public page
How players, parents and opponents see the club in the IceOn catalogue. It is published after IceOn verifies the club.
Club settings
Name, current season, fee currency and the list of teams.
